Dating Ideas for Teenagers
Well! imagine if you have found a person you would really like to go out with, and you are ready to ask that person out on a date. You will immediately have the question, “What are we going to do on our date?” This question can be particularly tough on the first date because you are trying to make a good first impression and you may or may not know what your partner likes to do. On subsequent dates things tend to get easier. But there are few things more uncomfortable than the conversation that goes like this:
H: “Would you like to go out this weekend?”
S: “I would love to!”
H: “What would you like to do?”
S: “I don’t know, what would you like to do?”
H: “I don’t know…”
If you want to avoid this little scene, it is helpful to have something in mind when you call!
The activity you pick for the date plays a big part in the date itself. A great activity that feels comfortable to both people can make for a great date. The activity also determines, for example, how much talking you will have to do. If you choose a movie you won’t have to say anything once the movie starts. That can be a real relief if you find you are both tongue-tied. If you go out to dinner you will have to carry a conversation all night long. That can be tough sometimes, especially on the first date. You can also earn points for the creativity of your date - if you have a really great idea then your partner will be impressed by your ingenuity.
Feel Pumped Up & Going Even If You Don’t Feel Like It. So you have clocked at least 7 hours of sleep last night and you’ve tried everything to get you up and going. These foods will get you up, focused, and feeling like a morning person. Even if you’re totally not. Try a spoonful of sugar. A tad of sugar in your coffee, tea or honey in your smoothie stimulates the release of acetylcholine(a brain chemical that enhances memory). But remember don’t overdo it or you’ll soon feel super drowsy later. Excess sweetness can raise serotonin levels to a sleep-inducing high.So after a night of fasting, your brain is on red alert for a carb fix pronto! The primo brain fuel is glucose(the basic building block of carbs). But you don’t need a lot of it just half a whole-wheat bagel will due with a side of orange juice or just a bowl of oatmeal. Your choice! Now how about a spoon of HOT SAUCE! Kidding! Well, hot and spicy foods will amp up blood flow, which is like warming your engines. If tomatoes are too acidic for you in the morning, toss a tablespoon of peeled fresh ginger into hot tea or a cold smoothie for a similar rush. Drink a glass of calcium-fortified soymilk, pour it over whole-grain cereal, or toss some chopped tofu into scrambled eggs. 1 word…SOY! Yeah I know many think YUCK and some think YUM! For one, soy contains compounds called isoflavones that help clear your mind and fight memory loss. Drink a glass of calcium fortified soymilk, pour it over whole grain cereal(your chosen cereal), or toss some chopped tofu into scrambled eggs. This will get your blood pumping, that’s for sure. A small glass of ICE FROSTY H2O. The cold shock forces your system to defend its normal temperature, which gives your metabolism a slight boost. But of course! Let’s not forget. Coffee! Caffeine helps alertness by dampening a chemical called adenosine, which otherwise blocks energy-boosting brain chemicals.

If you burn a data disc with music files and it does not play in your portable, home, or car CD player, check the following:
CD. You can use either a blank CD-R or CD-RW disc for burning in the Player, depending on the type(s) of removable storage that your CD burner supports, and the type of disc that you prefer. Note that not all CD players can play CD-RW discs. You can use the Player to burn the following types of CDs:
If you want to reuse a CD-RW disc that has files previously “burned” (written) on it, you can erase the contents of the CD-RW disc by inserting the disc into the CD burner, just right-clicking the drive in the Navigation pane, and then clicking Erase disc. (Note that erasing is required before you can burn to a CD-RW disc again.) However, you cannot reuse or erase the contents of a CD-R disc that was previously burned, regardless of how much space was originally left unused.
